Placing an Order

Order Processing & Time Zones:
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding local public holidays.
- All order processing is based on warehouse operations in Philadelphia, USA.
- Estimated delivery dates always reflect your local time zone.
Changes or Cancellations:
- Orders are prepared quickly, so cancellations may not always be possible.
- Contact Customer Service immediately if you need to cancel.
- Orders cannot be changed after placement; items may be returned according to our Return Policy.
