We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within the timeframes below.

Return Window
- Standard returns: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday purchases (Nov 1–Dec 31): Returns accepted through January 31.
Return Eligibility & Condition
Returned items must be:
- New, unused, unwashed, unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
The following items are non‑returnable:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or monogrammed items
We reserve the right to refuse returns showing wear, odors, damage, stains, pet hair, or missing tags or packaging.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- You request a return directly from your Red Harper account portal — no need to contact us first.
- Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason.
- Pack items securely and attach the prepaid return label.
- Drop off with the designated carrier within 14 days of label creation.
Return Shipping Fee
- Return shipping is free when using our prepaid label.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Start a return within 7 days of delivery via redharper.com/returns.
- Select the appropriate reason.
- Photos may be requested for quality review.
- A full refund will be issued after inspection, at no cost to you.
Packaging & Drop‑Off Guidelines
- Reuse the original packaging when possible or pack securely.
- Remove or cover old shipping labels and barcodes.
- Include all accessories, dust bags, belts, and branded packaging.
- Use the provided label or QR code and drop off with the specified carrier.
Lost or Delayed Returns
If your return shows no tracking movement for 10 business days, contact us with your order or tracking number. We are not responsible for returns sent without our label or to an incorrect address.
Return Abuse & Fair Use
We monitor return activity to ensure fair use. Excessive wear, wardrobing, or unusually high return rates may result in limited or declined returns.
