This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Red Harper LLC are processed, shipped, and delivered. All packing and shipping services are handled from our warehouse in the United States.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • During high‑volume periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Week, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days, depending on third‑party logistics capacity.

Shipping Times & Methods
Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Orders ship via major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time begins after your order is processed and handed to the carrier.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $300 (after discounts, before tax).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each package will have its own tracking number.

Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may ship separately at no extra cost.

Address Changes & Order Modifications
Because orders are processed quickly:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations after submission.
  • If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at shipping@redharper.com, and we will do our best to assist.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be rerouted or intercepted.

Delivery Issues
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Look for delivery notices or common drop locations.
  3. If not found after 2 business days, contact us.

We may request:

  • A carrier case number
  • A non‑receipt affidavit

Lost or Stalled Shipments:

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Damaged Items:

Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery, including photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The item
  • The shipping label

We will assist with return and refund processing.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • If an address is not serviceable, we will contact you to request an alternative.

Sustainability
Where possible, we use recyclable or minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact.
